These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bid Manager Pro's platform and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By using Bid Manager Pro platform, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Bid Manager Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided by Bid Manager Pro. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Bid Manager Pro.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process.
2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.1. You are solely responsible for any content you post or upload on Bid Manager Pro, including text, photos, videos, documents and any other media ("User Content").
3.2. You grant Bid Manager Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.
3.3. You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
3.4. You agree that no one from your company will place advertisements anywhere on the site without Bid Manager Pro authorization.
4.1. You may only use Bid Manager Pro for lawful purposes.
4.2. You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, or impersonate others.
4.3. You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
4.4. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bid Manager Pro or its related systems.
4.5. You may not use the Service to solicit employees for employment through the Bid Manager Pro website.
4.6. You may not use the RFQ board to advertise anything but a request for quotes for specific goods or services for a specific project.
5.1. Users can send connection requests to other users but not for the purpose of discussing employment.
5.2. You may not misuse connection requests for spam or unwanted solicitations.
5.3. Bid Manager Pro reserves the right to limit or terminate your account if you engage in abusive networking practices.
5.4. You agree no one from your company will solicit employees from any other registered customer.
6.1. You can create and share posts, requests for quotes (RFQs), and quotes.
6.2. All posts and RFQs must adhere to the User Content guidelines mentioned in Section 3.
Your use of Bid Manager Pro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
All payments are non-refundable - no exceptions.
All information is for reference only – Bid Manager Pro is not responsible for any financial responsibilities due to any incorrect information, malfunctions in the software & site operations or other claims – all guest on the site (registered or not) waive their right to launch any legal claim or action against Bid Manager Pro for any reason.
Bid Manager Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason, without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
Bid Manager Pro may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through the Service. Your continued use of Bid Manager Pro after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
